At UBIS, our Investor Relations & Company Secretary team serves as a vital bridge between the company, its shareholders, and the wider investment community. We build confidence through transparency, ensuring that our stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s vision and performance.

As a trust and governance partner, the team works closely with executives, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders to deliver clear communications, uphold compliance, and foster strong governance practices. By doing so, we safeguard the company’s reputation and enable sustainable growth.

Among other things, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Managing communications with investors and shareholders

  • Preparing and presenting company performance reports and disclosures

  • Ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and regulations

  • Coordinating Board of Directors and shareholder meetings

  • Maintaining accurate and timely company records and filings

  • Supporting leadership in building trust and long-term investor confidence
