At UBIS, our Centralized Standards team is the guardian of safety, sustainability, and excellence. By leading in Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Chemical Compliance, and Quality Systems (QS), this team ensures that our people, products, and processes meet the highest standards while protecting both our employees and the environment.

As a safety and compliance partner, the Centralized Standards team works closely with Factory Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to create a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement. We not only safeguard compliance but also set the direction for sustainable growth and long-term success.

Among other things, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Ensuring safe and healthy working environments across all sites
  • Leading environmental sustainability and compliance initiatives
  • Managing chemical compliance in line with global regulations
  • Designing and maintaining quality systems and certifications
  • Partnering with business units to drive best practices in SHE and QS
  • Promoting a proactive culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement
