UBIS (เอเชีย) รักษามาตรฐานธรรมาภิบาลระดับ “5 ดาว” ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 6 สะท้อนความเป็นผู้นำด้านบรรษัทภิบาลขององค์กรไทย

 
บริษัท ยูบิส (เอเชีย) จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ UBIS ได้รับผลการประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทย (Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies: CGR) ประจำปี 2568 จากสมาคมส่งเสริมสถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (IOD) ในระดับ “5 ดาว” (Excellent CG Scoring) ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 6 ตอกย้ำความมุ่งมั่นของบริษัทในการดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้หลักธรรมาภิบาล ความโปร่งใส และความรับผิดชอบต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกฝ่าย
 
นอกจากนี้ UBIS ยังได้รับการจัดให้อยู่ใน กลุ่ม Top Quartile ของบริษัทจดทะเบียนที่มีมูลค่าหลักทรัพย์ตามราคาตลาด (Market Capitalization) ไม่เกิน 1,500 ล้านบาท ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพในการบริหารจัดการกิจการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีของบริษัทจดทะเบียนในกลุ่มเดียวกัน
 
ผลการประเมินระดับ “5 ดาว” ต่อเนื่องตลอด 6 ปี เป็นหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะกรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และพนักงาน UBIS ทุกคน ที่ร่วมกันผลักดันให้บริษัทดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างมีจริยธรรม โปร่งใส และคำนึงถึงความยั่งยืนในทุกมิติ

UBIS (Asia) Maintains “5-Star” Corporate Governance Rating for the Sixth Consecutive Year, Reinforcing Its Leadership in Corporate Governance Excellence

UBIS (Asia) Public Company Limited (“UBIS”) has once again achieved a “5-Star” (Excellent CG Scoring) rating in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2025, conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD). This marks the sixth consecutive year that UBIS has received the highest rating, underscoring the company’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible corporate governance.

In addition, UBIS has been placed in the Top Quartile among listed companies with a market capitalization not exceeding THB 1,500 million. This recognition reflects the company’s strong management capabilities and its role as a model of good governance among peers in its category.

Achieving the 5-Star CG rating for six consecutive years serves as tangible proof of the collective efforts of the company’s Board of Directors, executives, and employees in upholding ethical business practices, transparency, and a steadfast focus on sustainable development in all dimensions.
