As a product excellence partner, the QA & QC team works closely with R&D, Factory Operations, and Centralized Standards to embed quality into every stage of the product lifecycle. We champion proactive problem-solving, compliance, and continuous improvement across all processes.

Among other things, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Implementing and maintaining QA systems to ensure process consistency
  • Conducting QC inspections and product testing to uphold standards
  • Collaborating with R&D and Operations to prevent defects and improve processes
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international quality regulations
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production and testing
  • Supporting customer satisfaction through reliable, high-quality products
