As a solutions partner, the CTS team collaborates closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations to address customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver value-added services. Among other things, you’ll be responsible for :

  • Providing technical support and guidance to customers

  • Collaborating with Sales and R&D to meet customer requirements
  • Conducting product training and knowledge-sharing sessions
